Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee monthly inventory turnover and implement specific action plans.
- Support the annual inventory process and address any discrepancies.
- Ensure optimal stock levels to meet sales targets.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and engagement.
- Organize and maintain stock areas and facilitate the transfer process.
- Prepare and dispatch returned merchandise to outlets and warehouses.
- Handle orders for packaging and small stationery supplies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of successful experience in a stock department.
- Experience in the luxury sector is required.
- 1-3 years of experience in a retail environment.
- Retail stockroom experience is advantageous.
