Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as a brand ambassador for Saint Laurent, embodying the house's values while welcoming clients.
  • Deliver a unique, pleasant, and personalized experience to a discerning clientele.
  • Maintain a demeanor consistent with the brand's image and standards.
  • Listen to clients and introduce them to the products and artistic direction of the house.
  • Offer bespoke styling advice, tailored to the client's expectations.
  • Provide expert guidance on morphology, cuts, and materials.
  • Develop and manage a personal client portfolio, enhancing client engagement with the brand.
  • Foster client loyalty to Saint Laurent.
  • Monitor key sales indicators for the store and personal portfolio.
  • Track sales figures and implement corrective measures as needed.
  • Propose initiatives to improve store performance metrics.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in ready-to-wear fashion.
  • Solid experience in managing local clientele, with international clientele experience being a plus.
  • Client-first mindset, prioritizing customer satisfaction over sales figures.
  • Fluent in English and proficient in Russian.
  • Interest in business aspects and commercial results, including sales indicators.

Skills

Excellent interpersonal skills and strong listening abilities. Capacity for self-reflection and teamwork. Curiosity and a keen interest in fashion products and culture.

Experience

At least two years of experience in the ready-to-wear fashion industry, with a focus on client management.
