Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional client service and memorable after‑sales care to all visitors and established clients.
  • Build and cultivate a robust client portfolio by identifying needs, anticipating requests and maintaining long‑term relationships.
  • Exceed individual sales targets and KPIs through a business‑minded, entrepreneurial approach to selling.
  • Create personalized, versatile and timeless looks that reflect the Maison’s aesthetic and the client’s lifestyle.
  • Communicate professionally and transparently with clients and colleagues, fostering trust and loyalty.
  • Use available tools and systems to maximize commercial opportunities and accurately record client interactions.
  • Collaborate proactively with front‑ and back‑of‑house teams to support store performance and team objectives.
  • Adhere to company policies, visual and operational standards at all times.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience delivering high‑quality service in a client‑facing role (fashion/accessory retail, customer service or luxury hospitality preferred).
  • Demonstrable passion for fashion and the ability to create tailored looks for clients.
  • Business acumen with a results‑driven, entrepreneurial mentality.
  • Strong team orientation and commitment to shared objectives.
  • Comfortable using digital tools and clienteling applications; able to adapt quickly to new technology.
