Saint Laurent seeks a Client Advisor (temporary) in Seoul. Provide luxury client service and meet boutique sales targets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver polished, personalised client service in accordance with Saint Laurent’s brand standards to grow loyalty and repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive clienteling, upselling and relationship management.
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge across collections and convey the maison’s heritage and design codes to clients.
- Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions accurately and manage client data in the CRM with discretion.
- Support visual merchandising standards and maintain boutique presentation to showcase product assortments effectively.
- Assist with stock receipt, inventory control and replenishment to ensure product availability and floor readiness.
- Participate in client events, private appointments and in-store activations to enhance the customer experience.
- Adhere to loss-prevention, security and compliance procedures while representing the brand with professional discretion.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in luxury or premium retail sales; prior experience with a designer fashion house preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a commercial, client-focused mindset.
- Strong presentation and grooming standards aligned with a high-fashion retail environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to meet boutique operational needs.
- Language competence in Korean is expected; conversational English is an advantage.

Typically 1–3 years of direct retail experience in luxury or premium fashion; demonstrable success meeting sales targets and managing high-value client relationships.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, fashion or a related discipline is advantageous.
