Saint Laurent seeks a Sales Advisor (contract) in Saint-Tropez to deliver personalized luxury client service, styling and clienteling.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as an ambassador of the Maison, welcoming clients and delivering a personalized, high‑end customer experience aligned with Saint Laurent standards.
  • Provide expert styling advice tailored to client morphology, tastes and the Artistic Direction’s aesthetic; curate and propose complete Saint Laurent silhouettes.
  • Develop and manage an individual client portfolio through proactive clienteling, follow‑up and relationship cultivation using available CRM tools.
  • Monitor and report on boutique and portfolio sales KPIs, with particular focus on revenue attainment; propose corrective actions and initiatives to improve performance.
  • Contribute to in‑store initiatives, support visual merchandising needs and promote the Maison’s products and campaigns to a demanding international clientele.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in luxury ready‑to‑wear sales with solid record of local client management; experience servicing international clients is a plus.
  • Fluent English and Italian; conversational Spanish considered an advantage.
  • Commercial orientation with the ability to interpret and act on sales indicators and business objectives.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, active listening, adaptability and strong team spirit.
  • Keen product sensitivity and a demonstrable interest in fashion and contemporary culture.
