Saint Laurent seeks an expert Sales Advisor for its Paris flagship boutique. Five years of luxury retail experience required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients as a Saint Laurent brand ambassador, embodying the Maison's values and aesthetic standards
- Deliver personalized and exceptional service experiences to a discerning clientele
- Listen attentively to client needs and curate tailored silhouettes and product recommendations from the Saint Laurent collections
- Provide expert styling advice on morphology, garment construction, fabric composition, and design direction
- Develop and manage an individual client portfolio to drive loyalty and repeat engagement
- Leverage CRM and clienteling tools to strengthen client relationships and brand commitment
- Monitor and analyze key sales performance indicators and revenue metrics for both the store and personal client base
- Implement corrective measures to optimize sales results and contribute actionable recommendations for store performance improvement
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a client advisor or luxury retail sales specialist
- Demonstrated expertise in managing both local and international clientele
- Proficiency in English at a working level; additional languages highly valued
- Strong interpersonal and active listening skills with a client-centric mindset
