Saint Laurent Sales Advisor in Paris — client-facing role delivering personalised luxury styling, clienteling and sales performance for the Maison.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent the Maison as a brand ambassador, consistently upholding Saint Laurent’s image and service standards.
- Welcome clients and deliver a personalized, high-quality luxury shopping experience to an international and demanding clientele.
- Provide expert styling advice: present products, create tailored silhouettes, and advise on fit, cuts and materials.
- Develop and animate a personal client portfolio through proactive clienteling and use of CRM and boutique tools.
- Track and analyse sales KPIs for both the boutique and personal portfolio; monitor revenue and propose corrective actions to improve performance.
- Contribute ideas and initiatives to enhance boutique indicators and overall commercial results.
- Collaborate with the store team to maintain service consistency and support collective objectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years’ experience in luxury retail sales or client-facing roles.
- Proven experience managing a local client portfolio; experience with international clientele is an advantage.
- Commercially minded with demonstrable ability to follow and act on sales indicators.
- Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, strong listening ability, adaptability and team spirit.
- Keen interest in fashion, product sensitivity and styling aptitude.

Experience
At least 3 years of hands-on experience in luxury retail or high-end fashion sales, with a strong record of client management and demonstrated commercial awareness; experience with international customers is beneficial.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certifications in retail, fashion or visual merchandising preferred.
