Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional, personalized client experience in-store and through after-sales interactions, consistently reflecting the Maison’s image and standards.

- Drive individual sales and store KPIs through a business-minded, entrepreneurial approach to selling and client development.
- Create personalized, versatile looks and provide expert styling advice that demonstrates deep knowledge of the collection and fashion culture.
- Use available sales, clienteling and digital tools to identify and optimize business opportunities.
- Support front- and back-of-house teams to contribute to overall team performance and store objectives.
- Adhere to company policies, operational procedures and visual standards at all times.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in high-quality client service, preferably within fashion & accessory retail, luxury hospitality, or premium customer service environments.
- Demonstrable passion for fashion and ability to create personalized looks; strong sense of style and product knowledge.
- Business-oriented mindset with entrepreneurial drive and a proactive, target-focused attitude.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills in English and the local language.
- Comfortable with digital tools and quick to learn new applications; able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong team player with integrity, authenticity and a problem-solving approach.

Experience
Preferred prior experience delivering high-quality service in fashion/accessory retail, luxury hospitality or customer service; demonstrable track record in client development and meeting sales targets.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in fashion, retail or a related discipline preferred.
