Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional, personalized luxury client experience before, during and after the sale, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Build and maintain a robust client portfolio through proactive outreach, clienteling and relationship management.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators with a commercial, entrepreneurial mindset.
- Create tailored looks and styling recommendations that reflect the Maison’s aesthetic and the client’s preferences.
- Use CRM, POS and other retail tools to track opportunities, follow up on leads and optimise sales performance.
- Support front- and back-of-house teams to contribute to overall store objectives and a collaborative team culture.
- Adhere strictly to company policies, operational procedures and visual standards to protect the brand image.
Qualifications
- Previous professional experience in high-end retail, luxury hospitality or customer service is preferred.
- Distinct personal taste and passion for fashion with an ability to create personalised looks for clients.
- Commercial awareness with an entrepreneurial approach to sales and business development.
- Strong team orientation and a willingness to support colleagues and management.
- Comfortable using retail tools and applications; quick to adopt new technologies.
