Saint Laurent in Cannes seeks a Sales Advisor (CDD) to deliver personalised luxury client service, styling and sales performance in its Cannes boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as an ambassador of the Maison, welcoming clients and conveying Saint Laurent’s values and brand standards.
- Deliver personalised luxury client service and expert styling advice tailored to individual morphology, cuts and materials.
- Develop, maintain and animate a personal client portfolio using the boutique’s clientelling tools to drive loyalty.
- Achieve and monitor personal and boutique sales targets; follow sales KPIs and revenue indicators regularly.
- Analyse sales performance and propose corrective actions or initiatives to improve boutique indicators.
- Ensure a consistent visual and service experience in line with the Maison’s image and retail standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in ready-to-wear retail, preferably within a luxury fashion house.
- Demonstrated experience in managing and developing a local client portfolio; international client experience a plus.
- Fluent spoken English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Commercially minded with an interest in sales metrics and KPI tracking.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, strong listening ability, adaptability and a collaborative team spirit.
- Genuine passion for product knowledge and contemporary fashion culture.
Skills
Experience
At least 2 years of professional experience in ready-to-wear retail with proven clienteling and sales performance; experience with international clientele is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in fashion, retail or a related discipline preferred.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Cannes, Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur, France, with easy access to Nice.
