Saint Laurent — Paris: Retail Training Intern (6-month L&D internship, starts Sept 2026) supporting WW Retail Training and Retail Excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Produce monthly regional completion reports for digital training modules and present insights to the Retail Training team.
- Upload, configure and maintain digital learning modules within the learning tool / LMS and ensure content currency.
- Maintain and update training tracking documents and materials (trombinoscopes, training catalogue, trackers).
- Monitor and follow up on invoicing and administrative processes for external trainers and consultants.
- Coordinate proofreading, validation and localisation of translated training materials.
- Contribute ideas and propose digital-first approaches for Retail Training initiatives and e-learning projects.
- Participate in instructional design discussions and propose solutions for the creation of face-to-face training modules.
- Co-create pedagogical content and point-of-sale sales aids in partnership with the training team.
- Ensure Retail Excellence materials are aligned with the House customer experience and brand standards.
- Support cross-functional projects to deploy Retail Training initiatives internationally.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bac+4/5 programme or in a gap year at a business school (eligible for a French convention de stage).
- Fluent written and spoken English is indispensable.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a methodical approach to reporting and tracking.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and external consultants.
- Availability for a 6-month, conventionné internship starting September 2026.

Entry-level internship: candidate should be a current postgraduate-level student (Bac+4/5 or business school) with any prior internship or academic exposure to retail, training, L&D or project coordination considered an advantage but not mandatory.
Education
Pursuing a Master's-level degree or equivalent (Bac+4/5) or in a business school gap year; eligible for a French 'convention de stage'.
