Saint Laurent is hiring a Retail Trainer (Western Europe) in Paris to lead store training, client experience and omnichannel adoption across France, Monaco, Netherlands and Belgium.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design and deploy tailored training programmes for the Western Europe market (France, Monaco, Netherlands, Belgium), aligned with brand vision and local commercial priorities.
- Partner with the General Manager Western Europe and the EMEA training manager to identify local needs and translate them into actionable learning plans and store tools.
- Collaborate with HR and Store Directors to create and deliver onboarding journeys, in-store trainings and seasonal product education.
- Act as the ambassador of the Saint Laurent client experience: train store teams on selling skills, supervise client experience evaluation and implement corrective action plans.
- Develop and animate a network of Training Ambassadors within stores to maintain training momentum and peer-to-peer knowledge transfer.
- Support clienteling initiatives and work with operations to accelerate adoption of omnichannel and digital retail tools.
- Monitor and measure the impact of training on KPIs, oversee integration of e-learning content and ensure continuous improvement of programmes.
- Work predominately in stores (approx. 80% of time) and travel frequently across the market to deliver and assess training.
Qualifications
- Proven professional experience in luxury retail, with demonstrable exposure to store training, L&D or store operations at a multi-store or regional level.
- Strong commercial orientation with a deep understanding of client experience and retail KPIs.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching and presentation skills; able to engage diverse store teams and senior stakeholders.
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple simultaneous projects and travel extensively.
- Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
- Enthusiastic, positive and passionate about the Saint Laurent brand and its codes.

Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in luxury retail, ideally within training, learning & development or store operations with responsibility for multiple stores or a regional remit.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in retail management, human resources, learning & development or a related discipline.
