Saint Laurent is seeking a full-time Retail Runner on a fixed-term contract in Hamburg for the busy holiday season. The role supports the sales team, maintains product presentation and back-office service facilities, and helps ensure an exceptional client experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Keep products correctly displayed and arranged on the sales floor, returning tried-on items to their proper places.
- Check daily availability of sizes and colours on the sales floor and replenish products from off-site stock as needed.
- Transfer products between the stockroom and sales floor.
- Offer refreshments to customers at the request of Sales Associates.
- Clear customers’ drinks and refreshments.
- Prepare and maintain back-office facilities for smooth service, including clean tableware and available drinks, helping provide customers with an excellent welcome and experience.
