Saint Laurent in Paris seeks a Retail Performance Intern (6-month internship starting July 2026) to support WW Retail Performance analytics and projects.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Worldwide Retail Performance Manager in daily activities and delivery of regular reporting.
- Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly NPS and retail KPI reports; produce ad hoc performance analyses and focus studies.
- Contribute to the creation of executive-level presentations summarising programme results for senior management.
- Assist in the monitoring and administration of the Worldwide Bonus Scheme and track performance of in-store digital tools.
- Provide project support for customer and employee experience initiatives (NPS programmes, Customer Experience Evaluation and Mystery Shopping).
- Help prepare project presentation materials and coordinate cross-functional Retail Excellence projects (operations, training, events).
- Animate and produce content for the internal Retail Excellence group on Workplace; liaise with regional teams and HQ functions (Image, IT, e-Business) to follow up on tools, feedback and information sharing.
- Role commences in July 2026 for a fixed duration of six months.
Qualifications
- Final-year student at a business school (école de commerce) seeking an end-of-study internship.
- First retail experience, ideally in sales within luxury or fashion.
- Fluent English (oral and written) is essential; French at a professional level is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including macros; strong PowerPoint skills.
- Demonstrated analytical aptitude and strong interest in numerical analysis.
- Highly organised, rigorous, proactive, quick to learn and able to integrate into cross-functional teams.
