Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in delivering weekly and monthly KPI NPS reports.
  • Conduct regular retail performance analyses and ad hoc studies.
  • Contribute to the preparation of presentations on retail performance programs for top management.
  • Participate in the development and monitoring of the Worldwide Bonus Scheme.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of digital boutique tools.
  • Support the deployment and construction of projects related to customer and employee experience, including the NPS program and Customer Experience Evaluation program.
  • Prepare presentation materials for projects.
  • Support transversal Retail Excellence projects, including retail operations and training.
  • Assist the Retail Excellence events team in organizing retail seminars.
  • Manage and monitor the internal retail excellence group on Workplace, including content creation.
  • Coordinate with regions and other HQ departments (Image, IT, e-Business) on various topics, including marketing tools, follow-up, feedback, and information sharing.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a business school, seeking a final year internship.
  • Previous experience in retail, preferably in luxury or fashion sectors.

Skills

Proficiency in Excel, including macros, and PowerPoint. Strong interest in data and analysis. Fluency in English; proficiency in French is an advantage. Team-oriented with strong adaptability and integration skills. High learning capacity, proactive, and adaptable. Organized, attentive, and meticulous.

Experience

Previous experience in retail, particularly within the luxury or fashion sectors, is preferred.

Education

Currently pursuing a degree from a business school.
