Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Operations Manager in coordinating operational activities for the Italian and Greek retail network.
- Draft and update global operation manuals in accordance with headquarters' guidelines.
- Analyze and enhance back-of-house and in-store processes.
- Assist with activities related to new store openings, seasonal reopenings, and relocations.
- Provide daily support to stores, including uniform, stationery, and IT material management.
Skills
Experience
No specific experience required, but a background in retail operations or a related field is advantageous.
