Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist the Operations Manager in coordinating operational activities across the Italian and Greek retail network.
  • Draft and update global operation manuals in alignment with headquarters' guidelines.
  • Analyze and enhance back-of-house and store processes.
  • Support activities related to new store openings, seasonal reopenings, and relocations.
  • Provide daily support to stores, including managing uniforms, stationery, and IT materials.

Skills

Positive, proactive attitude with a collaborative approach. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Excellent relationship-building and teamwork skills. Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects. Meticulous attention to detail. Fluency in Italian and English; international experience is advantageous. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Experience

No prior experience required, but a background in retail operations or a related field is advantageous.
