Role & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with office departments to ensure smooth operation of all stores across Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan
• Manage store supplies ordering, packaging inventory, business license renewals, and operational procurement activities
• Plan and oversee uniform seasonal order planning and distribution across territories
• Monitor vendor invoices, payment status, service contracts, and quotations to ensure compliance and cost efficiency
• Provide accurate sales performance information and compile regular sales reports and analysis for the retail team
• Support store openings, renovations, relocations, inventory counts, and special sales events
• Maintain and update store operational guidelines, standard operating procedures, and communication materials
• Act as a key liaison between stores and office functions to resolve day-to-day operational issues
• Ensure operational compliance with company policies, procedures, and retail standards
• Support the rollout of new retail initiatives, digital tools, operational processes, and corporate projects
• Coordinate with headquarters and local stakeholders on project implementation and follow-up
• Assist with testing, implementation, and communication of system enhancements and operational changes
• Monitor aftersales system to ensure all cases are settled within designated lead-time
• Manage all aftersales cases on defective claims and credit note issuing
• Proactively report and follow up with headquarters aftersales team on new quality issues or blocking points
• Coordinate with customer service call center and store team on customer enquiries and complaints
• Execute customer care initiatives and new projects rollout in the local market
• Monitor aftersales KPIs and provide regular reporting and analysis to management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in the retail industry
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
• Independent and willing to learn, with multitasking capability
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese typing
