Role & Responsibilities

• Coordinate omnichannel services including in-store order reservations, customer appointment tracking, and remote sales analysis across the boutique network
• Oversee catering order fulfillment, budget management, and invoice processing for retail locations
• Conduct training sessions for store teams on omnichannel services and operational protocols
• Identify and assess boutique requirements for omnichannel services, packaging, uniforms, and merchandise orders
• Analyze key performance indicators and operational metrics through monthly retail application reporting
• Provide ongoing support for after-sales and pre-sales boutique services
• Manage inventory replenishment operations for packaging and uniforms across locations
• Collaborate with HR to establish and monitor back-office performance objectives

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong analytical capabilities and experience with data reporting
• Demonstrated teamwork and stakeholder coordination abilities
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with retail environment operations (preferred)
• Experience with Oracle, Tableau Analytics, Xstore, or Esker (advantageous)

Experience

Prior exposure to retail operations, store support functions, or omnichannel retail environments is advantageous though not mandatory.

Education

Secondary education or equivalent; tertiary qualification in business administration, operations management, or related disciplines is preferred.
