Saint Laurent seeks a Retail Operations Assistant for its Paris EMEA office to support daily operations, reporting, and omnichannel coordination.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage procurement tracking for packaging, uniforms, and branded stationery across the EMEA region
- Monitor and analyze consumption data against established budgets to identify variances and optimization opportunities
- Support incident management and process improvements related to point-of-sale system and SAP deployments
- Coordinate and monitor omnichannel retail activities and ensure seamless integration across channels
- Develop and maintain operational dashboards tracking key retail performance indicators including uniform and packaging consumption
- Forecast future consumption requirements for uniforms and packaging based on historical sales data and trends
- Analyze omnichannel activity performance and tax-free transaction metrics by customer nationality
- Track mobile point-of-sale utilization rates and logistics performance metrics across the retail network
Qualifications
- Master's degree or equivalent from a business school or university
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI
- Strong analytical capabilities with excellent synthesis and reporting skills
- Fluent English language proficiency
- Demonstrated organizational rigor and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative team-work abilities
