Role & Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day retail operations across Central Europe, including coordination with stores and follow-up on store requests.
- Assist Retail Operations, Human Resources and Training teams with administrative and operational tasks for in-store staff.
- Contribute to the planning and organisation of meetings and manage logistical duties in travel and facility management.
- Own projects related to office organisation and office management to improve internal workflows.
- Support execution and post‑project follow-up for retail initiatives such as store openings.
- Track KPIs per store and assist in implementing and monitoring corrective action plans.
- Help coordinate and follow up on client engagement projects to strengthen customer relationships.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Economics, Fashion Business, Retail Management or a related field.
- Prior practical experience through internships and/or retail roles is preferred.
- Fluent written and spoken German and good written and spoken English.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks and events.
- High emotional intelligence, proactivity and a collaborative team‑player attitude.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Currently studying in a relevant discipline with ideally one or more prior internships or retail work experience; familiarity with retail environments and basic project support is expected.
