Saint Laurent Vigonza, Italy – Research & Materials Assistant internship supporting footwear R&D and material development.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the team in processing technical specification sheets and material charts for shoe articles
- Assist in system coding activities (Stealth and PLM) for materials, models, and aspects across prototyping and sample collection items
- Support verification of sample bill of materials prior to production launch
- Assist in cataloguing and organizing prototype and sample photography for product conformity verification
- Support data archiving and prototype management activities
- Assist in researching leathers and colours for coordinating threads, zippers, and shoe components
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent English language skills; French language knowledge preferred
- Excellent organizational abilities with precision and meticulous attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and team collaboration capabilities
- Demonstrated problem-solving attitude and capability
