Saint Laurent Vigonza, Italy – Research & Materials Assistant internship supporting footwear R&D and material development.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the team in processing technical specification sheets and material charts for shoe articles
  • Assist in system coding activities (Stealth and PLM) for materials, models, and aspects across prototyping and sample collection items
  • Support verification of sample bill of materials prior to production launch
  • Assist in cataloguing and organizing prototype and sample photography for product conformity verification
  • Support data archiving and prototype management activities
  • Assist in researching leathers and colours for coordinating threads, zippers, and shoe components

Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluent English language skills; French language knowledge preferred
  • Excellent organizational abilities with precision and meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal and team collaboration capabilities
  • Demonstrated problem-solving attitude and capability
