Role & Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and profitability across the West region, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and strategic priorities.
- Monitor and analyse regional KPIs, payroll, controllable expenses, inventory shrinkage and operational performance to meet financial targets.
- Partner with store leadership to raise productivity, client retention and operational consistency through targeted initiatives and coaching.
- Recruit, develop and retain high‑potential retail leaders while building a robust succession pipeline across multiple locations.
- Champion an elevated, consistent luxury client experience and maintain Saint Laurent visual merchandising and brand presentation standards.
- Act as principal liaison between regional stores and corporate partners (CRM, Merchandising, Operations, L&D) to ensure clear communication and execution of initiatives.
- Provide strategic, solution‑oriented reporting and market insights to senior leadership to influence regional and company strategy.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of multi‑unit leadership experience within luxury retail or comparable high‑touch retail environments.
- Proven record of leading high‑volume, client‑centric retail businesses to measurable commercial improvement.
