Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct quality control and manage administrative tasks related to orders and stock management.
- Monitor delivery schedules and timelines.
- Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
- Assist in the research and development of components for collections.
- Create project codes for tracking and management purposes.
- Prepare component boards for validation by the Artistic Director.
- Update and export the weekly collection plan.
Qualifications
- Education in business, fashion (IFM or ESIV), or textile engineering (ENSAIT).
- Previous experience in luxury fashion is advantageous.
- Proficiency in English; Italian language skills are a plus.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, teamwork, organizational skills, and punctuality.

Bachelor's degree in business, fashion, or textile engineering.
