Role & Responsibilities
- Execute precise lasting and stitching operations on prototype and sample footwear in accordance with Saint Laurent quality standards and production timelines
- Collaborate with colleagues throughout the sample-making department to ensure proper information flow and resolve any production anomalies or technical issues
- Maintain expert knowledge of footwear technical specifications across all construction phases
- Document and communicate quality deviations and production challenges to department leadership
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years' experience in shoe assembly or lasting departments within luxury or mainstream footwear manufacturing
- Demonstrated mastery of technical footwear specifications and construction methodologies
- Exceptional manual dexterity and precision in handcraft operations
