Saint Laurent — Prototype Logistics Assistant (Alternance) in Paris. Apprenticeship starting Sept 2026 supporting prototype logistics, shows and inventories.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate physical, administrative and IT aspects of prototype logistics for ready-to-wear and accessories.
- Manage requests for prototype check-outs and returns from internal departments.
- Support the prototypes team on special operations related to showrooms, fashion shows and international shipments.
- Contribute to prototype logistics during collections activities: runway shows, sales showrooms, advertising campaigns and photoshoots.
- Participate in the recording, stock-taking and destocking of prototype collections.
- Monitor logistics flows and perform regular controls of prototype condition and location.
- Produce regular activity reports to ensure transparent tracking and follow-up.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in Master 1 or Master 2 with a specialization in Logistics, Supply Chain or International Trade (alternance/apprenticeship track).
- Proficiency in Pack Office (Microsoft Office suite).
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail, methodical work habits and adaptability.
- Team-oriented mindset and ability to coordinate with multiple internal stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel occasionally within the Paris region during daytime.
- Working knowledge of English is a plus.

Candidate should be a Master 1 or Master 2 student specialising in logistics or international trade; prior internships in logistics, supply chain or warehouse operations are advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Enrolled in Master 1 or Master 2 (Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade or equivalent).
