Saint Laurent Production Planning Specialist – Footwear in Vigonza, Italy. Oversee production planning and supplier coordination for luxury footwear operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed analysis of received production orders and assess feasibility for manufacturing scheduling and launch
- Manage production order planning, monitoring, and advancement tracking of footwear manufacturing and sub-manufacturing operations
- Oversee analysis and management of missing materials, component picking lists, and upper materials for merchandise shipment
- Maintain consistent communication with suppliers regarding delivery data updates and shipment status
- Ensure coordination with finished goods consolidation centers and central logistics to resolve transport documentation issues
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to analyze progress status, identify critical issues, and capitalize on opportunities related to product collections
- Conduct performance analysis and follow-up on supplier delivery reports for finished goods
- Manage and oversee performance reporting and corporate KPI metrics
- Utilize internal web collaboration tools for strategy synthesis and development to support business continuity and on-time delivery targets
Qualifications
- University degree in Economics, Engineering, or related discipline
- 5–7 years of prior experience in analogous roles such as production planning, production advancement, or procurement within the footwear sector
- Outstanding analytical, synthesis, and information management capabilities
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office package, particularly Excel
- Familiarity with STEALTH (ST3k) or SAP enterprise resource planning systems is preferred
- Demonstrated proactivity and entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong problem-solving orientation

5–7 years in production planning, production advancement, or procurement roles within the footwear industry, demonstrating proven capability in manufacturing coordination and third-party supplier management.
