Saint Laurent Production Planning Coordinator in Novara, Italy. Manage orders and production schedules in this supply chain role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the complete order lifecycle from entry through delivery, ensuring compliance with specified timelines and MRP (Material Requirements Planning) forecasts
- Monitor production progress through daily coordination with internal and external manufacturing partners, identifying and resolving bottlenecks
- Maintain accurate and current data across production advancement and procurement systems, ensuring real-time visibility into all active orders
- Coordinate with quality inspectors to identify and resolve supplier-related issues and production discrepancies
- Oversee external partners for composition labeling and barcode production, ensuring accurate and timely delivery
- Launch and create production orders within Stealth 3000, optimizing scheduling and resource allocation
- Program and manage daily collection cycles and warehouse receipt procedures for finished goods inventory
- Monitor and track inventory status for all delivered items, reconciling warehouse records with production schedules
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in production planning or order management
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with AS400 or Stealth 3000 software systems
- Strong analytical capabilities and attention to detail
- Fluent in English or French

Experience
Minimum 2 years of direct experience in production planning, order management, or supply chain coordination within a manufacturing or luxury goods environment.
Education
Secondary education (diploma) or equivalent; technical training in supply chain management or related field is preferred.
