Saint Laurent Production Operations Assistant, Paris internship – 6-month RTW operations support role with focus on production coordination and sustainability.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and centralize information across ready-to-wear departments (workshop, development, sustainability, production, quality, compliance, after-sales)
- Monitor and support ready-to-wear production tracking and reporting
- Update production-related systems and documentation with current operational data
- Maintain and analyze operational dashboards for Production and Compliance departments
- Manage administrative file organization, filing, and record-keeping
- Coordinate implementation and setup of sample model storage systems
- Execute and track sustainability-related projects and initiatives
- Analyze collection prototypes to determine supplier testing requirements and alert protocols
- Input and manage nomenclatures within tracking systems for quality testing
- Process and track requests for materials and supplies against production timelines
- Communicate test results reports to relevant departments
- Verify product composition labeling for regulatory compliance
- Provide ad-hoc support to the After-Sales department as needed
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in business management or equivalent (Bac+4 or Bac+5)
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (pivot tables, data extraction, advanced formulas)
- Preferred knowledge of PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) systems
- Fluent English proficiency
- Italian language capability preferred
- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Demonstrated service orientation and availability
