Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in the logistical and operational preparation of photo shoots, fashion shows, and castings.
- Support project tracking from preparation to execution to ensure seamless and high-quality outcomes.
- Collaborate with press, merchandising, and event departments for the preparation of shoots, castings, and shows.
- Coordinate spaces for internal events such as castings and hair & makeup trials.
- Manage and monitor the shooting stock, including equipment, production kits, and technical supports.
- Contribute to the creation of visual and creative presentations related to departmental projects.
- Organize and update archives related to shootings, including documentation and visuals.
Qualifications
- Enrollment in a relevant degree program or recent graduate.
Skills
Experience
No prior professional experience required, though any relevant experience in fashion or event production is advantageous.
Education
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Fashion, Event Management, or a related field.
