Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the supervisor in managing orders from entry to delivery.
- Support the supervisor in order modifications related to changes in bill of materials.
- Aid in managing outsourced barcode and RFID printing, verifying data and images on printed tags.
- Assist in planning supervision activities at suppliers.
- Help in recording and verifying supplier data within company databases.
- Support in archiving documentation and creating reports.
Qualifications
- Degree in Economics or Industrial Engineering.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel.
- Familiarity with AS400 or Stealth software is preferred.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in English.
Skills
Experience
No prior experience required, but familiarity with order management and supplier coordination is advantageous.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Economics or Industrial Engineering.
