Saint Laurent in Paris seeks a Product Studio Assistant (intern) for a six-month stage beginning October 2026 to support sample coordination and fittings.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain and update collection documentation: collection plans, delivery schedules, alteration follow-ups, fitting plans, photo and document libraries.
- Receive, organise and manage garments and samples, ensuring accurate storage and traceability.
- Coordinate and set up fittings, including preparation of boards, packaging garments and arranging mannequins and fitting rooms.
- Create and manage schedules and timetables for fittings and internal meetings.
- Take detailed notes and minutes during meetings and fittings; circulate follow-ups as required.
- Manage logistics for appointments: handle deliveries, prepare sample parcels and assist with on-site presentation needs.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in or recently graduated from a fashion design, fashion business or commerce programme.
- Proven proficiency with Microsoft Office (Pack Office) — Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise competing tasks.
- Strong interpersonal skills, adaptability and the capacity to work collaboratively with design, production and studio teams.
- Eligible for a French stage conventionné (official internship agreement) for a six-month placement starting October 2026.
