Saint Laurent is hiring a Product Compliance Specialist in Vigonza to manage testing and compliance for leather goods, shoes and ready-to-wear.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor testing activities for raw materials, components and finished products, liaising with internal and external laboratories, suppliers and relevant business functions.
  • Analyze test results, support follow-up activities, and identify corrective and preventive actions required in cases of non-compliance.
  • Work with Development and Industrialization teams to analyze collection materials and define chemical and physical testing plans based on material type, intended product use and sales markets.
  • Keep documentation, databases and company systems for Product and Supply Chain Compliance activities up to date, ensuring information is accurate, complete and traceable.
  • Compile and analyze Compliance data, monitor key performance indicators and contribute to periodic reports for management.
  • Collaborate with business functions, Group companies, suppliers and external laboratories to facilitate information flow and contribute to the continuous improvement of Compliance processes and standards.

Qualifications

  • Degree or diploma in a scientific or economics discipline, or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in Compliance, Product Compliance, Quality, Sustainability or Supply Chain is preferred, ideally in the fashion or luxury sector.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Good analytical skills and aptitude for managing and interpreting data.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Proactivity and autonomy.
  • Ability to work in a team and collaborate with a range of stakeholders and functions.
  • Flexibility and ability to work toward objectives in dynamic, international environments.
  • Excellent English; French is preferred.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position is EUR 28,000 per annum.
