Saint Laurent — Paris: Product and Retail Trainer to design and deliver product and retail training across the global retail network.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design and deliver product training programmes (classroom and digital) for permanent collections, seasonal launches and key product drops.
- Translate creative inspiration, savoir-faire and product heritage into engaging, pedagogically sound learning content.
- Produce premium training assets — presentations, guidelines, e‑learning modules and videos — aligned with the Saint Laurent aesthetic.
- Collaborate with Merchandising and Image teams to ensure technical accuracy and brand coherence of training materials.
- Design and lead retail trainings focused on client experience, Maison standards, sales ceremonial and storytelling.
- Train store teams on retail performance fundamentals: conversion, average transaction value, units per transaction and clienteling.
- Coach and train managers on team facilitation, one-to-one coaching and performance follow-up.
- Conduct in-store observations, identify local performance gaps and propose actionable improvement plans.
- Support regional roll-out and local adaptation of training modules and monitor impact through qualitative and quantitative indicators.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of formats, content and pedagogical methods and participate in retail transformation projects.
Qualifications
- 4–6 years' experience in product training and/or retail training within the luxury sector.
- Deep understanding of retail operations and KPIs (conversion, AOV, UPT, client retention).
- Excellent communication, presentation and storytelling skills; experienced facilitator.
- Strong editorial sense, attention to detail and an innate appreciation of Saint Laurent codes and luxury aesthetics.
- Proven ability to work cross‑functionally and drive change in field teams.
- Fluent English (spoken and written) is mandatory.

Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in fashion, business, education, learning & development or a related discipline.
