Saint Laurent hiring Procurement Officer – Footwear in Vigonza, Italy. Manage purchase orders, supplier relations, and reporting.
Role & Responsibilities
- Enter and update purchase orders in the system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Monitor purchase order progress and issue supplier reminders to maintain delivery schedules
- Update delivery dates and maintain control files to ensure data alignment across teams
- Produce routine reporting and analysis using Excel
- Investigate and support resolution of logistics and quality issues through data collection and preliminary analysis
- Coordinate operationally with production, quality assurance, and product development departments
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Economics or Engineering preferred
- Prior experience in a procurement office or administrative role, ideally in the footwear or leather goods sector
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel (filters, tables, basic formulas)
- Strong attention to detail and precision in data handling
- Excellent communication skills and collaborative team orientation
