Role & Responsibilities

• Manage daily shopping requests, visual assets, and media credits from journalists and editors
• Track sample traffic, shipments, and returns for the France/Europe press office
• Coordinate sample research, selection, and reservation with internal departments
• Liaise with showroom, packaging, and prototype services to facilitate press requests
• Engage with editorial shopping departments across media outlets
• Support the development and implementation of shopping strategies for press coverage
• Monitor media landscape and competitive activity
• Maintain and update the journalist database with current contact and coverage information

Qualifications

• Background in communication, press relations, or commerce preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with Launchmetrics (Fashion GPS) platform is advantageous
• Fluent in both English and French, written and verbal
• Strong interpersonal and telephone communication skills
• Demonstrated organizational ability and attention to detail

Skills

Experience

Experience in press, communications, or luxury retail environments is preferred. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent requests with precision is essential.

Education

Training or formal education in communication, press relations, journalism, commerce, or related disciplines is preferred.
