Role & Responsibilities
- Manage daily requests for product shopping, imagery and photo credits for press enquiries.
- Coordinate sample logistics: track outbound shipments and returns (sample traffic) for the France/Europe press office.
- Support selection, sourcing and reservation of press samples in collaboration with showroom and prototype teams.
- Liaise with internal packaging, showroom and prototype services to ensure sample readiness and return procedures.
- Maintain and update the journalist and editorial contact database.
- Assist editorial shopping services and contribute to the development of shopping strategies.
- Support media monitoring and competitive press intelligence activities.
- Provide operational assistance on press events and editorial activations as required.
Qualifications
- Tertiary education in communications, public relations, press, or business preferred.
- Fluent written and spoken French and English.
- Proven organisational skills, versatility, rigour and a professional telephone manner.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Launchmetrics (Fashion GPS) is a plus.
- Motivation, strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Internship-level role; previous internships or coursework in fashion PR, communications or editorial operations are advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Preferably studying or recently graduated in communications, press/public relations, journalism or business.
