Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Worldwide Press team with daily press-office activities for international markets.
- Manage international shopping requests and coordinate selections for editorial placements.
- Track sample traffic: oversee outbound shipments and returns, and maintain sample logistics.
- Assist with sourcing, reservation and preparation of samples for press and events.
- Liaise with the showroom, packaging, prototypes and archives teams to ensure timely availability of items.
- Coordinate with Worldwide shopping teams and contribute to shopping strategy implementation.
- Maintain and update booking spreadsheets and FGPS/booking export logs for all shipments.
Qualifications
- Academic background in communications, public relations, or business/commerce preferred.
- Previous experience in press/PR (internship or entry-level role) is required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Launchmetrics (Fashion GPS) is a strong advantage.
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and capacity to manage multiple simultaneous requests.
- Strong interpersonal skills, professional telephone manner and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Fluent written and spoken French and English.

Previous experience in press or public relations is required; internships or early-career positions in PR/press environments are acceptable.
Education
Preferably enrolled in or holding a degree in communications, public relations or commerce/business.
