Saint Laurent seeks a Planning Operations Project Manager to lead its S&OP and Supply Chain technology ecosystem, transformation projects, operational roadmap and team development. The role is a permanent CDI position based in Paris.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Define the target vision for the scope and contribute to future operating models in line with the House’s transformation priorities.
  • Lead transformation projects end to end, from scoping through operational handover; define roadmaps, track budgets and ensure delivery of initiatives.
  • Oversee the application ecosystem for Merchandising Planning and Supply Chain, including in-house solutions and Group tools.
  • Define and manage the operational roadmap, arbitrate priorities and align business needs, technical and financial constraints, and the House’s strategic objectives.
  • Bring together experts, including Anaplan, Solution Architects, Data, AI and Ker Tech, around operational priorities.
  • Set priorities and objectives and support the development of Product Owners and cross-functional teams working within the scope.
  • Foster collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement between Business and Tech teams.
  • Lead the team’s day-to-day operations.
  • Supervise the team’s work and progress against objectives.
  • Assign clear responsibilities and manage priorities.
  • Define roles and responsibilities.
  • Organize departmental meetings.
  • Manage team performance.
  • Conduct annual performance reviews.
  • Recruit and train team members.
  • Take on other projects as House priorities require.

Qualifications

  • Master’s-level degree (Bac+5) from a business school, engineering school or university.
  • Anaplan Builder Level 1 training required.
  • Knowledge of S&OP processes and/or distribution planning is highly valued.
  • Luxury or retail industry knowledge is an advantage.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Fluent English.
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills, with numerical aptitude.
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to work in an international team environment.
  • Strong prioritization skills.
