Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional, personalized client experience across the full customer journey, including after-sales service and retention initiatives.
- Build and cultivate a proprietary client portfolio through proactive outreach, relationship management and clienteling activities.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and store KPIs through a business-minded, entrepreneurial approach.
- Create tailored, versatile looks and provide styling advice that reflects the Maison’s aesthetic and client expectations.
- Use available retail and CRM tools to identify opportunities, follow up leads and optimise sales performance.
- Support front- and back-of-house colleagues to maintain operational excellence and a collaborative team environment.
- Adhere strictly to company policies, brand image standards and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in high-end retail, fashion/accessories sales, luxury hospitality or high-touch customer service is preferred.
- Demonstrable passion for fashion with a refined personal taste and proven ability to create personalised looks.
- Commercial mindset with an entrepreneurial spirit and a track record of meeting sales targets.
- Excellent communication skills—oral, written and listening—in English; ability to work in a multilingual environment is an advantage.
- Comfortable with retail technologies and quick to learn new tools; able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Experience
Preferred prior experience in delivering high-quality client service within fashion & accessory retail, luxury hospitality, or customer service roles; demonstrable sales performance and client portfolio development is an advantage.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, fashion, styling or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.
