Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily back‑office and administrative functions to ensure compliance with legal, safety, sustainability and corporate standards.
- Manage stock rotation, warehouse organisation and annual inventory processes; investigate and resolve discrepancies.
- Monitor monthly inventory turns and implement corrective action plans in coordination with HQ and the Store Director.
- Support the Store Director and Assistant Store Director in driving sales KPIs through operational initiatives and team coaching.
- Recruit, supervise and develop operational staff including administrative assistants, cashiers, stock keepers, security and tailor services.
- Resolve complex customer complaints and oversee delicate after‑sales or operational cases to protect brand reputation.
- Ensure the store image and visual standards are maintained and that all staff understand and adhere to corporate presentation guidelines.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5–7 years' proven experience in stock management, inventory control and retail administrative processes.
- Demonstrable managerial experience leading a team (typically 3+ direct reports) in a retail environment.
- Strong organisational capabilities with a track record of executing inventory turn improvements and back‑office action plans.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, persuasive communication and the ability to manage escalations with discretion.
- Commitment to the brand and willingness to engage in innovative retail projects and continuous process improvement.
