Role & Responsibilities

• Work with Southern Europe store management teams to support day-to-day operational activities and drive performance improvements
• Ensure brand policies, procedures, and sustainability standards are implemented and consistently respected across all regional locations
• Monitor and control regional stock shrinkage by location, implementing corrective measures as necessary to minimize loss
• Plan, execute, and manage omni-channel feature rollouts across the Southern Europe region
• Prepare and oversee monthly and annual inventory cycles to ensure optimal product turnover and efficient space allocation
• Manage maintenance suppliers and contracts to ensure service quality and cost effectiveness
• Lead operational activities for strategic projects including new store openings, relocations, and seasonal opening/closures
• Collaborate with Health & Safety teams to implement and continuously improve H&S regulations and protocols within stores
• Monitor and enhance the customer service offer to deliver exceptional brand experiences and ensure consistency across all retail locations

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in retail operations within a luxury retail environment
• Demonstrated expertise in stock management and administrative tasks
• Strong project management capabilities with proven ability to execute complex initiatives
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively based on evolving business needs
• Flexibility and willingness to travel regularly throughout Southern Europe (Italy, Spain, Greece, Portugal)
