Saint Laurent Operations Manager in Short Hills, NJ – manage retail operations, inventory, and team supervision with $75K–$85K base salary.
Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure correct rotation and organization of goods in the warehouse and store
- Prepare annual inventory assessments and identify discrepancies
- Monitor and control monthly inventory rotations and implement corrective action plans
- Execute Back Office action plans in coordination with headquarters and Store Director
- Support sales staff in achieving key performance indicators and revenue targets
- Maintain store visual presentation and compliance with corporate brand standards
- Manage customer complaints and back office processes with professionalism and discretion
- Supervise and develop a team including administrative assistants, cashiers, stock keepers, security personnel, and tailors
Qualifications
- 5 to 7 years of experience managing stock and administrative operations
- Proven managerial experience leading teams of 3 or more
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills
- Commitment to participating in innovative projects

Significant experience in managing stock, administrative tasks, and leading teams in a retail or luxury retail environment. Minimum 5 to 7 years in stock management and administrative operations, with at least 3 years of successful managerial experience overseeing team members.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail management certification or training is preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to USD 85,000 per annum.
