Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily back‑office and operational functions to ensure compliance with legal, safety, sustainability and internal corporate standards.
  • Manage warehouse stock rotation, organise stockroom operations and implement inventory control measures to minimise discrepancies.
  • Prepare and coordinate the annual physical inventory and lead monthly cycle counts with follow‑up action plans to resolve variances.
  • Implement and monitor HQ and Store Director defined back‑office action plans; ensure consistent execution at store level.
  • Support Store Director and Assistant Store Director in achieving sales KPIs through operational excellence and staff performance management.
  • Supervise and develop the operations team (administrative assistant, cashiers, stock keepers, security, tailor) including scheduling and task delegation.
  • Own resolution of sensitive customer complaints and escalations related to back‑office processes, returns and stock issues.
  • Ensure the boutique’s image and visual standards are maintained in line with corporate guidelines and that staff understand these standards.

Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of progressive experience in retail operations, stock management and administrative responsibilities.
  • Prior supervisory or managerial experience with responsibility for a team of three or more.
  • Proven ability to lead inventory processes, reconcile discrepancies and run corrective action plans.
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills; proven aptitude for conflict resolution and customer service in a luxury environment.
  • Commitment to participate in innovative projects and to uphold luxury brand standards.

Experience

Significant experience (typically 5–7 years) managing stock operations and administrative tasks within retail; demonstrated success managing small teams (3+ direct reports) and coordinating inventory and back‑office processes.

Education
