Saint Laurent hiring Operations Manager in Denver, Colorado. Oversee retail operations, inventory, and team management with $70–$75k base salary.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure correct rotation of goods in the warehouse and maintain optimal stock organization
  • Prepare annual inventory assessments and reconcile any discrepancies between physical and recorded stock
  • Monitor and control monthly inventory turns while implementing targeted action plans to address variances
  • Implement and oversee Back Office action plans developed in collaboration with headquarters and the Store Director
  • Support the Assistant Store Director and Department Managers in achieving sales staff KPI targets
  • Maintain store presentation and visual standards in alignment with corporate guidelines, ensuring staff awareness and compliance
  • Address customer complaints and manage back office processes with professionalism and discretion
  • Supervise and mentor a diverse team including administrative assistants, cashiers, stock keepers, security personnel, and tailor staff

Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of demonstrated experience in stock management and administrative operations
  • Successful managerial experience leading teams of three or more individuals
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with proven persuasiveness
