Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive store turnover by ensuring operational processes comply with legal, safety, HR, sustainability and internal standards.
  • Oversee warehouse stock rotation and stock organisation to optimise availability and minimise shrinkage.
  • Prepare and reconcile the annual inventory; monitor monthly turning inventories and implement corrective action plans.
  • Implement and follow up on Back Office action plans defined with Headquarters and the Store Director.
  • Support the Store Director and Assistant Store Director in managing performance and helping sales staff meet KPI targets.
  • Ensure the boutique’s visual and service standards align with corporate brand guidelines and that staff adhere to them.
  • Manage delicate customer complaints and ensure appropriate back-office resolution processes are applied.
  • Recruit, supervise and develop the store operations team including administrative assistant, cashiers, stock keepers, security and tailor.

Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of progressive experience managing stock and performing administrative store operations.
  • Proven managerial experience supervising a team of three or more.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrable persuasiveness and conflict-resolution ability.
  • Commitment to participate in and drive an innovative retail project and to uphold brand standards.
