Saint Laurent — Paris: Offline Media Assistant (6-month internship) starting Sept 2026. Support global print & outdoor media coordination and campaign analysis.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate production of print and outdoor projects from creative delivery through final reveal, liaising with specialist agencies.
- Manage and update print and outdoor media plans, ensuring accurate placement and timing across territories.
- Collect and verify technical specifications for each media plan and follow up on execution and placements.
- Liaise with subsidiaries, partners and franchisees to align on campaign roll‑out and placements.
- Support the preparation of campaign presentations and post‑campaign reports; contribute to quantitative and qualitative performance analyses.
- Monitor incoming global magazines, verify advertising placement and quality, and report discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or graduate of a recognised business school or advertising programme (Bac+4 / Bac+5 level).
- Fluent professional English (spoken and written) is required.
- Proven proficiency with Pack Office (Microsoft Office suite).
- Strong organisational rigor, initiative, analytical sensibility and responsiveness.
- Keen interest in fashion and luxury; excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Skills
Experience
Previous internships or work experience in media, advertising, marketing or communications is an advantage but not mandatory. Practical exposure to print/outdoor campaign production is desirable.
Education
Master's level (Bac+4 / Bac+5) in Business, Advertising, Marketing or equivalent (École de commerce or publicité).
