Role & Responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end after‑sales processes including ticketing, repairs, aftercare and client follow‑up to ensure best‑in‑class service.
- Execute and reconcile AX entries, shipments, transfers and pre/post‑sale procedures across multiple store locations.
- Support daily store operations: end‑of‑day reconciliations, stocktake assistance, and coordination with Buying and Visual Merchandising for exceptional requests.
- Maintain and administer uniform programmes: collect requirements, place consolidated orders, receive, inventory and distribute uniform kits to new hires and staff.
- Oversee stationery and supplies: perform quarterly inventory checks, consolidate requests, obtain approvals and manage distribution.
- Coordinate store driver schedules and special delivery requirements to meet business needs.
- Liaise with Personal Shopping, Store Management and Store Directors to schedule inductions, manage approvals for new joiners at department store concessions, and support ad‑hoc administrative projects.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards, and support procedural follow‑ups with store teams.
Qualifications
- 6–8 years' demonstrated experience in retail operations and/or back‑office administration within luxury or premium retail environments.
- High attention to detail with excellent organisational and priority‑management capabilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an adaptable, collaborative mindset.
- Proven competence in Microsoft Word and Excel and experience entering transactions in AX/Microsoft Dynamics.
- Market sensitivity to product and fashion trends; ability to represent brand standards in client interactions.

Minimum 6–8 years of progressive experience in retail or back‑office roles, preferably within luxury fashion or premium retail chains, with responsibility for operational administration and client after‑sales.
Education
