Role & Responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end client after‑sales processes, including ticket resolution, product repairs, aftercare and AX data entries to ensure best‑in‑class service.
- Oversee merchandise flow across multiple sites: shipments, transfers, stock borrowing coordination with personal shopping teams, and support during stock takes.
- Perform store administrative functions and end‑of‑day reconciliations (specifically for Harrods and Selfridges) and liaise with Store Management, Buying and Visual Merchandising on ad‑hoc requirements.
- Coordinate onboarding logistics for new joiners at department store concessions, schedule inductions and maintain compliance and procedural follow‑ups.
- Maintain uniform programme and inventories: consolidate bi‑annual staff requirements, place orders, receive and distribute uniforms.
- Control stationery and supplies through quarterly inventory reviews, order confirmation with Operations Manager and distribution management.
- Manage store driver schedules and special delivery requests to meet operational demands.
Qualifications
- 6–8 years of proven experience in retail or back‑office retail operations.
- High attention to detail with strong organisational and priority‑management capabilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to build effective relationships with clients, store teams and cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Adaptable, responsive and collaborative team player.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; experience recording transactions in AX (Microsoft Dynamics) or equivalent retail ERP systems.
- Demonstrable product and fashion sensitivity.

A minimum of six to eight years’ experience in a retail environment or retail back‑office function, with hands‑on exposure to stock control, client after‑sales and store administration across multiple sites.
Education
