Role & Responsibilities

- Collaborate with the Design Office to establish assembly lines with optimal procedures.
- Perform cost analysis for each operation.
- Seek assembly optimizations.
- Monitor new technologies and manufacturing methods.
- Participate in workstation balancing and chain implementation with group leaders.
- Conduct workstation checks to ensure operational procedures are followed.
- Maintain and update the time catalog.
- Analyze product valuation, including production costs and model profitability.
- Work closely with the technical manager and group leaders to optimize production and improve work methods.
- Confirm negotiated prices with subcontractors.
Qualifications
- BTS in Production Engineering or Methods Training
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
